At Stroller Rollers we offer more than just a workout for moms, we build a supportive community. Our fitness sessions are designed for all levels, combining strength, cardio, and flexibility while allowing you to bring your little ones along. Beyond exercise, we foster connection through group events, playdates, and wellness workshops, helping every mom thrive physically and emotionally.
We meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 9:30a.m. at the Luke Volleyball Center
